1. An appraiser may be a member of only one chamber of appraisers.

The mandatory conditions for membership in the Chamber of Appraisers are:

1) certificate of qualification "appraiser";

2) the absence of an outstanding or outstanding criminal record for offenses in the field of economic activity, as well as for crimes of moderate gravity committed intentionally, grave and especially grave crimes.

2. To become a member of the Chamber of Appraisers, an individual must submit:

1) Application form;

2) an identity document;

3) certificate of qualification "appraiser";

4) a certificate of absence of an outstanding or outstanding criminal record for offenses in the field of economic activity, as well as for crimes of moderate gravity committed intentionally, grave and especially grave crimes;

5) other documents established by the Chamber of Appraisers.

3. Failure to comply with the provisions provided for in paragraph 2 of this article is the basis for refusal to become a member of the Chamber of Appraisers.

4. The applicant has the right to appeal against the actions of the Chamber of appraisers on refusal of admission to membership of the relevant chamber of appraisers to the authorized body in the field of valuation activities or the court in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of valuation activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also defines the legal basis for regulating valuation activities.
