Article 18. Requirements for the safety of food products during their storage and transportation of the Law on Food Safety
1. Food products must be stored and transported in conditions that ensure their safety, in accordance with the requirements established by the technical regulations on food safety.
2. If a violation has been committed during storage and (or) transportation of food products, which has led to the acquisition of dangerous properties, it is sent for an appropriate examination, according to the results of which it is disposed of or destroyed.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring food safety to protect human life and health, the legitimate interests of consumers and environmental protection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
