Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on volunteering entails liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 42-VI SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis, goals and objectives, principles, forms and types, as well as measures to support volunteer activities.
