1. Financial and other organizations interested in financing a public-private partnership project have the right to participate in the development and discussion of competitive (auction) documentation for a public-private partnership project, a draft public-private partnership agreement, including making proposals on a financing scheme for a public-private partnership project, ensuring fulfillment of obligations under attracted loans, proposed payments in cases of termination of the public-private partnership agreement and other issues, related to the financing of a public-private partnership project.

2. Other persons involved in the implementation of the public-private partnership project, including those providing consulting services for the support of public-private partnership projects, have the rights provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the public-private partnership agreement.

3. Other persons involved in the implementation of a public-private partnership project, including those providing consulting services to support public-private partnership projects, are required to comply with the requirements and conditions established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the public-private partnership agreement.

This Law defines the legal conditions of a public-private partnership, its methods of implementation and regulates public relations arising in the process of preparing and implementing a public-private partnership project, concluding, executing and terminating a public-private partnership agreement.
