Biofuels, recognized as unsuitable for their intended use based on the results of laboratory testing, are subject to examination for their further use or destruction (disposal) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
