1. Military personnel of the National Guard, when performing their duties as defined by this Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are representatives of the authorities, being under the protection of the state, independently make decisions within their competence under the law and carry out their execution.

2. The legal requirements of the National Guard soldiers are binding on citizens and officials.

3. Failure to comply with the requirements of this Law, obstruction of the performance by the National Guard of the duties assigned to them, insulting the honor and dignity of military personnel, abuse of military symbols entail responsibility established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The military personnel of the National Guard, when performing their duties, are subordinate only to their direct superiors.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
