The staff of the Constitutional Court is a state body that provides legal, information, reference, scientific, advisory and other support for the activities of the Constitutional Court.
The office of the Constitutional Court is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a State institution.
The activities of the Staff of the Constitutional Court are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court and the Regulations on the Staff of the Constitutional Court.
The staff of the Constitutional Court are civil servants.
The legal status and remuneration of the staff of the Constitutional Court are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service.
