1. Prior to the enactment of regulatory legal acts approving technical regulations in the field of toy safety, state regulation is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the extent that it does not contradict this Law.

2. For toys placed on the market of the Republic of Kazakhstan prior to the entry into force of this Law, the documents confirming their compliance remain valid for the period of validity specified therein.

3. For toys put into operation before the entry into force of this Law and subject to mandatory conformity assessment, upon their re-entry into free circulation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the entry into force of this Law, mandatory conformity assessment must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 306.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
