Article 19-4. The idea of eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of offenses The Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and the Prevention of Child Neglect and Homelessness

1. In case of identification of the causes and conditions contributing to the commission of offenses, the state bodies of the system of prevention of offenses, neglect and homelessness among minors send a presentation on their elimination to the head or official of the relevant organization.

2. The head or official of the relevant organization, within one month from the date of receipt of the submission, must provide in writing information on the results of consideration of the submission and the measures taken to the state bodies of the system for the prevention of offenses, neglect and homelessness among minors.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 591.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
