Article 19-5. Safety requirements for road construction materials of the Law on Highways  

    Road construction materials should be resistant to environmental influences, and the content of harmful components and impurities in them should not exceed the permissible standards.

Road-building materials should be applied taking into account a unified database of road-building materials and new technologies.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2001 No. 245.

      This Law regulates the legal, organizational and economic foundations of the state management of highways in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their construction, operation and development in the interests of the state and users of highways.
