Article 19-6. Medical and Social Accounting of the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and the Prevention of Child Neglect and Homelessness
1. Medical and social records are maintained for the purpose of providing medical, psychological, social assistance, adaptation and rehabilitation of persons in respect of whom individual preventive measures are being taken, as well as coordinating the provision of psychological, social and other assistance, adaptation and rehabilitation of minors who have been subjected to violence, abuse and bullying, or minors in the presence of whom offences against the person have been committed, as well as coordination in the implementation of a program to help minors who have been subjected to violence.
2. Medical and social records are maintained by local executive bodies.
The basis for medical and social registration is the notification of registration by the internal affairs bodies.
3. Medical and social accounting is carried out during the period in which a person needs special social services, but not less than for the period of individual preventive measures.
4. The organization and coordination of work on medical and social accounting is carried out by the authorized state body in the field of social protection of the population.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
