Article 19. Application of the subsistence minimum of the Law on Minimum Social Standards and Their Guarantees

     The cost of living is applied for annual:

     1) estimates of the standard of living of the population;

     2) determining the directions of social policy and the implementation of measures for social support of the population.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

     This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
