1. Control over the storage, sale and use of pesticides is carried out to ensure that the conditions of storage, sale and use of pesticides comply with the mandatory requirements of the technical regulations on the safety of plant protection products (pesticides), as well as the regulations for the use of pesticides specified in the list of pesticides. Samples are taken to determine compliance with the mandatory requirements of the technical regulations on the safety of plant protection products (pesticides).

2. Control over the storage, sale and use of pesticides is carried out with a frequency of no more than twice a year and a duration of no more than five working days, and with an extension of up to five working days.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002 No. 331.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of plant protection from pests, weeds and plant diseases and is aimed at preserving crops, their quality and preventing harmful effects on human health and the environment when implementing phytosanitary measures in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
