Article 19. Decommissioning of the main pipeline The Law On the Main Pipeline

      1. Decommissioning of the main pipeline is a set of measures to terminate the operation of the main pipeline in order to overhaul, preserve or eliminate it.  

      2. When decommissioning, the owner of the main pipeline is obliged to bring it into a safe condition.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2012 No. 20-V.

     This Law regulates public relations arising during the design, construction, operation, conservation and liquidation of the main pipeline, and is aimed at ensuring efficient, reliable and safe operation of the main pipeline.
