1. The organization and conduct of departmental control over counterintelligence activities are entrusted to the first head of the body carrying out counterintelligence activities.

2. The first head of the body carrying out counterintelligence activities ensures control over:

the organization, tactics, forms and methods of counterintelligence activities, the forces and means involved;

organization and implementation of international cooperation with special services, security agencies, law enforcement agencies of foreign states, international organizations;

ensuring secrecy and secrecy.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2016 No. 35-VI SAM.

This Law defines the legal basis of counterintelligence activities and the system of guarantees of legality of their implementation.
