1. Environmental information must be provided to the applicant in the form specified in the relevant request for environmental information, except in cases where:

1) there are objective and reasonable grounds to provide it in another form, indicating such grounds;

2) it was previously provided to the public in a different form.

2. If there is such an indication in the request for environmental information, the applicant must also be provided with copies of the actual documentation containing or including relevant environmental information.
