Article 19. Online advertising Requirements The Law on Online Platforms and Online Advertising

     1. Online advertising must be identifiable and labeled.

     2. Online advertising is marked in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

     3. Online advertising is placed and distributed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advertising".

     This Law regulates public relations related to online platforms operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as public relations arising in the process of production, placement, distribution and storage of online advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
