1. The provision of engineering and communication infrastructure for aquaculture entities, entities that ensure the development of aquaculture, is carried out for:

1) creation of new production facilities in the field of aquaculture;

2) modernization (technical re-equipment) and expansion of existing aquaculture production facilities;

3) reduction of water losses and its rational use.

2. The provision of engineering and communication infrastructure is carried out by local executive bodies through the allocation of budgetary funds for the construction (reconstruction) of engineering and communication infrastructure.

3. The allocation of budgetary funds for the construction (reconstruction) of engineering and communication infrastructure is carried out in accordance with the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
