Article 19. Provision of psychological assistance using online platforms The Law on Psychological Activity 

      1. Psychologists carrying out psychological activity through online platforms shall be obliged to post information on registration in the state register of psychologists, as well as on their education and qualification.

      2. When placing online advertising, psychologists must comply with the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On online platforms and online advertising”.

      3. The placement of false information when carrying out psychological activity through online platforms shall entail liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
