The requirements and procedure for the provision of public services by service providers are determined by a subordinate regulatory legal act defining the procedure for the provision of public services.

In cases where the service recipient submits an incomplete package of documents in accordance with the list provided for by the subordinate regulatory legal act defining the procedure for the provision of public services, and (or) expired documents, the service provider refuses to accept the application.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
