1. Learning outcomes obtained through non–formal and (or) informative education are recognized by recognition centers when passing through the professional qualifications recognition procedure if the requirements for recognizing the results of non-formal and (or) informative education are established by relevant professional standards, and in their absence - by qualification requirements.

2. To make a decision on the recognition of non-formal education as part of the recognition of professional qualifications, the candidate submits to the recognition center a certificate or certificate of completion of studies issued by the organization providing educational services.

3. To make a decision on the recognition of informal education as part of the recognition of professional qualifications, the candidate submits to the recognition center a description of the results of the training received.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
