1. Chemical products may be put on the market and used if they comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

2. The applicant (manufacturer, supplier, importer) must provide all necessary conditions for the safe handling of chemical products on the market.

When selling chemical products at retail, they are accompanied by instructions that should contain the following information:

1) purpose of chemical products;

2) Terms of use;

3) Storage conditions;

4) the presence of dangerous properties;

5) measures for safe use;

6) First aid measures.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
