Article 19. Standards of organizations The Law on Standardization
1. Standards of organizations are developed for products, processes or services and are not subject to accounting and registration in the register of the national standardization system.
Standards of organizations can be adopted in the form of technical specifications, including those containing technical requirements for products.
2. Standards of organizations are accepted:
1) one organization;
2) industry association (non-governmental);
3) by the consortium;
4) a self-regulating organization.
3. The standards of organizations are transferred for use only with the permission of the organization that holds the original of the relevant standard.
4. The procedure for the development, adoption, registration, accounting, modification, revision, cancellation, publication, distribution, application of standards of organizations is determined by the organization.
5. It is not allowed to finance the development of standards of organizations at the expense of the republican or local budgets.
This Law defines the legal framework for the functioning of the national standardization system.
