Article 19. Term of the Republican referendum Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum

     The referendum is held not earlier than one and not later than three months from the date of the decision on its appointment. In exceptional cases, the President of the Republic may set other dates for holding a referendum.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
