Article 19. The procedure for the enactment of this Law, the Law on Procurement of Certain Entities of the Quasi-Public Sector

      This Law shall enter into force on January 1, 2022, with the exception of paragraph 4 of Article 6, which shall enter into force on January 1, 2023.
