1. The data of the state monitoring of property are used by state bodies in the development and implementation of:

direct management of the public sector of the economy;

state regulation of property relations;

State economic forecasting and programming;

industrial policy;

investment, structural, institutional, tax, monetary, pricing policy and other elements of state economic policy;

state regulation of the protection and rational use of natural resources;

regulation of foreign economic activity;

measures to ensure the economic and environmental security of the state.

2. The results of state monitoring of property may serve as a basis for the development by the authorized body, central and local executive bodies, as well as by persons who own or manage monitoring facilities, of joint programs and measures aimed at improving the efficiency of individual monitoring facilities and (or) sectors of the economy.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
