Article 19. The use of weapons by the national contingent The Law on Peacekeeping Activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The rules of carrying and using weapons by the national contingent are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the general military regulations of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the mandate, international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     When using weapons, the national contingent is obliged to take all possible measures to ensure the safety of the surrounding citizens, and, if necessary, provide emergency medical assistance to the injured.

     A person from among the national contingent reports on each case of the use of weapons to the commander (chief).

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 15, 2015 No. 320-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations related to the participation of the national contingent of the Republic of Kazakhstan in peace and security operations (missions) in accordance with international obligations assumed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
