1. The training of officers for the National Guard is carried out by higher educational and military educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and contracts, as well as state programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for training abroad.

2. The training and retraining of soldiers and sergeants is carried out in the training military units (centers) of the National Guard and the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as military educational institutions of foreign countries in accordance with the international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and contracts.

3. Professional development of officers and military personnel serving under contract as soldiers and sergeants of the National Guard is carried out in educational institutions, including military educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and contracts.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2015 No. 274-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
