Article 19. Transfer of information about the objects of the area of the Law on Geodesy, Cartography and Spatial Data

     1. Metadata of spatial data and geoservices created at the expense of budgetary funds should be posted on the state geoportal of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure.

     2. Central state bodies and local executive bodies, which are the owners of spatial data on the objects of the area to be displayed on special topographic maps and plans, transmit copies of cartographic and geodetic materials at the request of subjects of geodetic and cartographic activities performing geodetic and cartographic work of the relevant territory at the expense of budgetary funds, in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.
