1. The main purpose of this Law is to ensure the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the field of registration of collateral for movable property.

2. The main objectives of this Law are to support digital systems in the field of registration of collateral for movable property, as well as to ensure access to them.

3. The basic principles of this Law are:

1) legality;

2) transparency of the activities of government agencies.
