1. The plans for concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are divided into current, drawn up for one year, and prospective, drawn up for three years.

The procedure for developing current and future plans for concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan is determined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The drafts of the current and future plans for concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the concepts of concluding international treaties.

3. The drafts of the current and future plans for concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are approved by the decisions of the Interdepartmental Commission on International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The composition, powers and procedure of the Interdepartmental Commission on International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are determined by the regulations approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Plans for concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are coordinated with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the procedure for concluding, executing, amending and terminating international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

International treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are concluded, executed, amended and terminated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, generally recognized principles and norms of international law, the provisions of the international treaty itself, the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
