The principles of transport logistics are:

1) legality;

2) Customer-oriented;

3) Security;

4) safety;

5) unity of procedures;

6) Equal access;

7) integration into the global transport and logistics system.

The footnote. Section 1 is supplemented by Article 2-1 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/04/2013 No. 132-V (effective ten calendar days after its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 21, 1994 No. 156.

This Law defines the foundations of the legal, economic and organizational activities of transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
