1. The main purpose of state regulation in the field of real estate mortgages and the activities of mortgage organizations is to establish the legal basis for the use of real estate mortgages to secure the obligations and activities of mortgage organizations.

2. The main objectives of state regulation in the field of mortgage organizations are:

1) regulation of the activities of mortgage organizations, control and supervision of the activities of mortgage organizations;

2) protection of the rights and legitimate interests of mortgagors.

3. The main principles of state regulation in the field of mortgage organizations are:

1) efficient use of regulatory resources and tools;

2) transparency of the activities of mortgage organizations;

3) the responsibility of mortgage organizations.
