Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of soil protection The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Soil Protection   

      1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of soil protection is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts, and international treaty obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      2. The procedure for the operation of international treaties on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be determined by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

On soil protection, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2026 No. 341-VIII SAM 

This Law regulates public relations in the field of soil protection and defines their legal, economic and organizational bases.
