1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on culture is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those contained in this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

3. Legal relations regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on culture are not subject to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement in terms of the acquisition of services of the state creative order.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2006 No. 207.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of creation, revival, preservation, development, dissemination and use of culture in the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the legal, economic, social and organizational foundations of state policy in the field of culture.
