1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ensuring the uniformity of measurements is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those contained in this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2000 No. 53-II.

This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, defines its goals, legal and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
