Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to third countries The Law on Special Protective, Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Measures in Relation to Third Countries

1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to third countries is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those provided for by this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

This Law regulates public relations related to the application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to third countries in order to protect the economic interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
