Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state regulation of production and turnover of certain types of petroleum products Law on State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Certain Types of Petroleum Products

1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state regulation of production and turnover of certain types of petroleum products is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those provided for in this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 20, 2011 No. 463-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of certain types of petroleum products: gasoline, aviation and diesel fuel, fuel oil, road bitumen.
