Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The status, competence, organization and activities of the Constitutional Court are determined and regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Constitutional Law.

     2. On the issues of organization and procedure of its activities, the Constitutional Court, on the basis of this Constitutional Law, adopts the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court and other acts.
