1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business partnerships is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those provided for by this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

3. The minimum size of the authorized capital, the specifics of its formation and use, the legal regime of property, and restrictions on the economic activities of certain types of commercial organizations established in the form of business partnerships, along with this Law, are regulated by special legislative acts or in accordance with the procedure established by special legislative acts.

The general rules on business partnerships contained in this Law apply to certain types of business partnerships, taking into account the specifics established by the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating their activities.
