1. Citizens' participation in ensuring public order is carried out through their voluntary assistance to internal affairs bodies in accordance with this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Citizens involved in ensuring public order carry out their activities based on the principles of legality, respect and observance of human and civil rights and freedoms.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 590.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the voluntary participation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in ensuring public order.
