1. This Law regulates property and related personal non-property relations arising in connection with the creation, legal protection and use of industrial property.

2. The protection of other intellectual property objects (breeding achievements, integrated circuit topologies, trademarks, service marks, names of places of origin, etc.) is regulated by other legislative acts.
