This Law applies to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, recognized as veterans or related to other persons covered by this Law.

This Law defines the organizational, economic and legal basis for the provision of social support measures to veterans and other persons covered by this Law.
