1. This Law applies to relations arising in the system of minimum social standards, in accordance with this Law.

2. This Law does not apply to standardization documents defined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of standardization, as well as financial reporting standards.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
