Article 2. Scope of this Law The Law on State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property

     1. This Law applies to relations concerning the state registration of rights to immovable property.

     2. This Law does not apply to air and sea vessels, inland waterway vessels, river-sea navigation vessels, and space objects.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

     This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
