1. This Law applies to public relations in the field of the main pipeline.

2. This Law does not apply to:

1) public relations arising during the creation and operation of pipelines that are not related to main pipelines, main water pipelines, as well as relations related to the creation, operation and liquidation of social facilities of the main pipeline;

2) legal relations arising within the framework of intergovernmental agreements concluded by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan prior to the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1995, and related subsequent agreements with the participation of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issue of a cross-border pipeline.

3. This Law applies to relations in the field of the main gas pipeline in the part not regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Gas and gas supply".

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2012 No. 20-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising during the design, construction, operation, conservation and liquidation of the main pipeline, and is aimed at ensuring efficient, reliable and safe operation of the main pipeline.
