Article 2. Scope of this Law The Law on the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development

     This Law does not apply to relations related to the distribution of information products.:

     1) containing scientific, scientific-methodical, educational, educational-methodical, statistical information;

     2) related to cultural values in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on culture.
