Article 2. The legal basis of the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     The legal basis for the activities of the prosecutor's office is the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Constitutional Law, international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
