Article 2. The legal basis of the activity of the Government of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The Government acts on the basis of and in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic, this Constitutional Law, laws and other normative legal acts of the Republic.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 1995 No. 2688.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the competence, organization and activities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
