Article 2. The purpose and objectives of charity of the Law on Charity

     1. The purpose of charity is to promote the development of self-organization of society by forming, maintaining and strengthening the spiritual and moral values of charity in society.

     2. The purpose of charity is achieved by performing the following tasks:

     1) promotion of peace, friendship and social harmony, unity of the people, spiritual culture, prestige and the role of the family in society, as well as protection of motherhood, patriotic education of children and youth;

     2) satisfaction of the material, cultural and educational needs of citizens and society;

     3) providing charitable assistance, including to social and medical institutions, ethno-cultural associations, cultural and art organizations, education, science and innovation, sports and facilities of cultural and historical importance to the people of Kazakhstan, as well as to individual figures who have contributed to the development of these areas;

     4) implementation of measures to improve the use of natural resources, protect the environment, and protect wildlife.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
